Our Story
Bali Immigration was born from a simple observation: foreigners moving to Bali face an incredibly complex immigration system with limited reliable guidance. Indonesian immigration regulations are detailed, frequently updated, and often communicated only in Bahasa Indonesia. The consequences of mistakes — visa denials, overstay penalties, deportation — are severe and can derail people plans and livelihoods.
Our founding team combines decades of immigration law expertise with firsthand experience as foreigners navigating the Indonesian system. We understand both the regulatory requirements from the government perspective and the anxiety and confusion from the applicant perspective.
